On Monday 31 August Auckland moves to alert level 2 in line with the rest New Zealand.
Auckland branch is back to full operation under level 2, including field and workshop servicing.
Nationwide we can quote, take orders, build machines and complete deliveries.
We are able to meet customers face to face and customers are able to visit our branches, while practicing social distancing, good hygiene and track and trace. Our Parts Distribution Centre operates at full capacity and continues to dispatch customer parts orders and receive overseas freight.
Our nationwide service team capability remains strong and employees have been educated in COVID-19 protocols to keep customers, employees and the wider community safe.
Equipment Sales & Rental - Level 2
New Equipment, Used Equipment, Rental sales will continue to work and be available to handle all enquiries. Our Sales team is still available to meet with you to go over specifications etc. however, we will be observing social distancing rules. We are able to quote, take orders, build machines and complete deliveries. We also have good supply of stock incoming into NZ.
Service - Level 2
We follow safe practice around employee contact tracing , PPE requirements, machine cleaning, social distancing and customer contact. All our staff have been through in-depth training on how to keep safe during the Covid19 environment.
Parts - Level 2
Our branches will be manned as normal and will dispatch parts direct to you. Customers will be able to access our branches for pick-ups under level 2 restrictions maintaining social distancing and completing the visitor registration/pick up for contact tracing.
Our Customer Portal, my.komatsu, is fully operational supplying parts ex NZ direct.
