Komatsu Apprenticeship Recruitment Process

• Step 1: Apply online by uploading your resume and school results (school leavers only) and select which location best suits you on the questionnaire.
  Step 2: Conduct a short video interview.
• Step 3: If deemed successful, you will be invited to complete a game-based assessment (aptitude, safety, personality).
• Step 4: Successful applicants will be invited to attend the local branch for a face-to-face interview, participate in group activities and other tasks.
• Step 5: Shortlisted applicants will then be required to conduct a medical assessment, drug and alcohol screen, functional assessment, compliance checks and reference checks (mature age applicants only).
• Step 6: You will receive a conditional offer prior to proceeding to the onboarding stage.
• Step 7: Congratulations! You have now completed the Recruitment Process and will receive a formal offer.
