Komatsu New Zealand Business Close Down Information

BUSINESS CLOSURE:

The New Zealand Government has announced COVID-19 alert level 4 effective 25 March, requiring business closure for non-essential services.

In compliance therewith, as well as for the safety of our customers and employees, Komatsu New Zealand will temporarily close from Wednesday, 25 March 2020 at 4pm (NZDT) until further notice. 

ONLINE PARTS ORDERS ON MY.KOMATSU.CO.NZ

Customers are still able to use the my.komatsu parts portal but due to unexpected circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, all orders will be fulfilled via our Australian Distribution Centres. During this time, you may experience a slight delay in delivery times.

To ensure your order is supplied as quickly as possible, we've partnered with DHL, shipping orders via air freight. Our staff will contact you regarding delivery method and charges. We apologise for any delayed delivery times and inconvenience.
