• KOWA oil analysis
• Check battery fluid level
• Grease crusher link
• Adjust crusher V belt
• Check oil level in crusher motor bearing case
500 HR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE INCLUDES:
All services performed in the 250 hour full service, along with the following;
• Change Engine oil
• Replace engine oil filter
• Replace breather element
• Replace fuel filter
• Replace outer air cleaner
• Check final drive oil
• Clean radiator and oil cooler fins
1000 HR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE INCLUDES:
All services performed in the 500 hour full service, along with the following;
• Change oil in grizzly feeder vibrator case
• Change oil in damper case
• Replace inner air cleaner
• Replace hydraulic filter
• Replace corrosion resistor
2000 HR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE INCLUDES:
All services performed in the 1000 hour full service, along with the following;
• Change oil in final drives
• Change jaw crusher motor burning case oil
• Check and adjust valve clearance
